WILHELMINE VON BAYREUTH

Premieres September 10

This episode tells the story of Wilhelmine von Bayreuth, the beloved sister of Frederick the Great, who endured an abusive childhood and an unhappy marriage. Always the neglected political pawn of men, she managed to find solace through music, philosophy, and the kind of love only dogs can give. Her story concludes with an example of her work - her famous harpsichord concerto performed by LM musicians.
